Paul Carroll is a right side hitter who has been an important member of the Australian Men's Team since his debut in the "Green and Gold" back in
2005 at the age of 19.

Carroll's career to date has been a stellar one; being recognized in 2008 as the Australian male Volleyballer of the year and being one of the top players at the 2007 World Cup in Japan, finishing second among all players with 183 kills. he was a member Australian team that won the Asian Championships in 2007.

Before accepting his first professional volleyball contract with Serie A side Yoga Forli (Italy) in 2009-2010, Carroll plied his skills at Pepperdine University in the USA where he was named the 2009 National Player of the Year.  In addition, Carroll is a three-time All-American first teamer and a four-time All-MPSF selection. He helped Pepperdine reach the Final Four every year of his enrollment.

 

After Italy, he played in Generali Haching in Germany. He was named MVP of the Deutschen Volleyball Liga in 2011.

Currently, Paul is playing for Berlin Recycling Volleys in Germany.
